Did the introduction of tools such as the Aadhaar API that allows address and consumer verification help? What I was thinking is that introducing instant address/consumer verification in the COD workflow could reduce RTO fraud. The trade-off might be a few extra abandoned carts due to the latency increase. What are your thoughts?
